Lorsque Pinocchio a fait acte de candidature à la présidence des US j’avais fait deux paris.

Le premier pari affirmait que le clown failli se verrait barrer l’accès à la présidence par le vote du peuple américain. Ce premier pari je l’ai gagné, Madame Clinton a remporté le vote populaire avec trois million de voix de plus que le clown raciste. Les aléas du système électoral US, pour la deuxième fois en moins de vingt ans, ont porté le perdant à la Maison Blanche.

Le deuxième pari s’appuyait sur ma croyance dans la solidité des institutions et affirmait que dans les deux premières années de son mandat il serait frappé d’Impeachment. Honte à moi, je me suis trompé d’une année, la sanction de l’Impeachment est arrivée au bout de trois années. Et si le corrompu n’a pas été viré de la Maison Blanche, nous le devons aux couilles molles des soit-disant Républicains du Sénat.

Ce dernier échec des mécanismes démocratiques ouvrait la voie à des comportements de gouvernance politico-économiques peu conformes aux traditions de bonne gouvernance. Les prémices de ces comportements peu conformes, nous les trouvons dans une soi-disant réforme fiscale qui favorisait de façon éhontée les plus riches en s’appuyant sur l’émission de monnaie sans contre-partie industrielle. L’analyse d’une telle situation conduit à conclure que la monnaie, les obligations et la dette seraient mise à mal. L’histoire montre que dans des situations similaires le pari sur l’Or, la valeur refuge universelle, devient la voie à suivre.

J’ai donc liquidé mes contrats d’assurance vie et les ai réinvesti dans l’Or métal et les mines aurifères.

Parfois l’Histoire ajoute un accident, un désastre naturel qui remet en cause les choix ou les renforce. La crise de la COVID 19, crise sanitaire sortie de nulle part, bouleverse la marche du monde et place les dirigeants devant des choix auxquels ils ne sont pas préparés. Certains dirigeants sollicitent la rationalité de la science, d’autres, pour des raisons qui ne seront pas analysées ici, sortent du gabarit de la raison et tentent de résoudre la crise sans prendre en compte les avis des sachants. Ce faisant ils ajoutent le chaos à la confusion. En cela, je me dois de remercier ces dirigeants autocrates car plus leurs décisions accélèrent la destruction des structures, plus mes décisions de protéger mes avoirs deviennent pertinentes.

En conclusion, je remercie le Donald pour la stupidité de ses décisions et l’encourage à poursuivre et amplifier dans cette voie du déni du principe de réalité.

When Pinocchio ran for the presidency of the US I made two bets.

The first bet claimed that the bankrupt clown would be barred from entering the White House by the vote of the American people. I won this first bet, Mrs. Clinton won the popular vote with three million over her opponent. The vagaries of the US electoral system, for the second time in less than twenty years, have brought the loser to the White House.

The second bet was based on my belief in the strength of the institutions. It stated that within the first two years of his mandate he would be struck with Impeachment. Shame on me, I was one year early, the Impeachment came after three years, not two. And if the corrupt clown has not been kicked out of the White House, we owe it to the unethical and short sighted of the so-called Senate Republicans.

This last failure of democratic mechanisms opened the way for unseen politico-economic governance behaviors, These behaviors are hardly in line with the traditions of good governance. The starting point of these inconsistent behaviors are found in a so-called tax reform which shamelessly favored the wealthiest. One of the underlying mechanisms was relying on the printing of money without industrial counterpart. Analyzing such a situation leads to the conclusion that money, bonds and debt will be undermined. History shows that in similar situations the bet on Gold, the universal refuge value, becomes the way to go.

So I liquidated my life insurance contracts and reinvested them in Gold metal and gold mines.

Sometimes history adds an accident, a natural disaster that challenges or reinforces personal choices. The COVID 19, a health crisis that poped out of nowhere, disrupts the world markets. It also forces the leaders to act and make choices for which they are not prepared. Some leaders seek the rationality of science, others, for reasons which will not be analyzed here, go beyond the template of reason and try to resolve the crisis without taking into account the advice of the knowledgeable. In doing so they add chaos to the confusion. In this, I must thank these autocratic leaders because the more their irrational decisions accelerate the destruction of structures, the more my decision to convert my assets into Gold becomes relevant.

In conclusion, I must thank the Donald for the stupidity of his decisions and encourage him to continue and amplify his autocratic denial of the principle of reality.

A precious American friend of mine sent me the article inserted below. An analysis is offered after the article.

The article posted above explains the various technicalities that could, may or will happen under the current US presidential electoral system to trigger once again a Denial of Democracy. When the candidate brought to power is not the one chosen by the Popular vote, this event is called a Denial of Democracy. Beyond the technicalities explaining the failures of the Electoral College current processes, the American modern society has promoted a global self centered behavior. This behavior, this modern motto, killed the generous approach that, till renctly, lead the USA to World Leadership. The Leadership killer is Winner takes all.

In the last sixteen years, the Electoral College twice failed and reversed the Popular vote. For the 2000 Presidential Election, the Florida farce successfully pushed Bush the loser of the Popular vote to the Presidency. He had lost the Popular vote to Gore by half a million votes. The last Presidential election, 2016, was even worse, Trump lost the Popular vote by three million but still won the Electoral College.

In a functioning Democracy, when one candidate gets the majority of the votes, the Electoral College should acknowledge the result and name the winner of the Popular vote. The democratic process denial is that in 2000 and 2016, this did not happen. In both cases, the winner of the Popular vote lost the election.

In 2000 Bush had lost the Popular vote by less than 1% and won the Electoral vote with less than 2%. The Electoral votes were lost in the Florida farce. Putting the Florida farce aside, the denial of democracy was marginal. On the other hand the price to pay was beyond repair: the State Lie about Irak’ WMD (Weapons of Mass Destruction) draw the US and beyond the whole World into a War Chaos.

In 2016 the winner lost the Popular vote by a 5% margin. The loser of the Popular vote won the Electoral vote with a 33% margin. This is not a marginal glitch, this is a democratic process disaster. If the 2000 election can be considered as the collateral damage of an aging electoral system, the 2016 election is a scandal by it self. The cause lays in a fundamental flaw that is found in the current American motto: « Winner takes all » promoted by the Electoral College designation rules.

To restore the American Leadership that twice in the Twentieth Century saved the world by ending World Wars, the first step is to kill the current Electoral College.

On May 7, 2020, Fakident’s Administration offers us a dismal spectacle in the midst of the COVID health crisis. Fakident Pinocchio and his criminal accomplice, Attorney General Barr show once again their dislike for ethics and promote denial of reality. What follows is all about this political crime: the murder of the American image.

From the first part of his term, when he still could be named Donald Trump, he denied any Russian meddling into his election. Remember that Trump is elected by the electoral college, therefore he must thank the distortion of the central rule of democracy: « One man / One vote ». Trump won 63 million votes, Clinton 66 million. In a normal country, she would be elected. However, the 2016 presidential campaign was greatly disrupted by Russian interference. Trump, from the start, denied the existence of such interference, although it has been widely proven. Since the beginning Pinocchio will never stopped denying, against all evidence, these interferences. From his point of view, accepting the idea of Russian interference de-legitimizes his election.

In order to prepare for the transition, he named as adviser an unconventional General whose career did not leave an irreproachable trace, Obama himself had placed him on a sideline. This is probably why he was chosen. Flynn, since being shelved, dealt with the Russians and Turks, offering them hints, clues and information on US politics. To remain legal, Flynn should have declared his activities to the Intelligence Services and to the IRS. He obviously failed to do.

During the transition period from the end of November 2016 to the beginning of January 2017, the Obama administration sanctioned Russia for its interference in the election. Simultaneously Obama’s Administration transmitted to the Trump team the sensitive information needed for the transition of power and in particular what relates to the Russian activities on the US territory as well as all the files and protocols which will make possible the fight against a possible pandemic.

Meanwhile, Flynn plays a double game being at the same time a Russian agent and adviser to the president. Upon the transfer of power, the director of the FBI relaunched a vast investigation about the Russian networks. This investigation immediately highlights the harmful activities of Flynn who, 24 days after the inauguration, is forced to resign from his position as Security Advisor. The investigation into Flynn’s activities led him to negotiate a Guilty Plea with the prosecutors. The Guilty Plea on two minor points in the Flynn’s case guaranteed, him and his son, immunity. For this immunity he signed two Guilty Pleas. In order for prosecutors to accept these confessions and grant him immunity, Flynn had to collaborate with the prosecutors. This collaboration with the prosecution will lead, among others, Paul Manafort and Roger Stone, two political gangsters from Trump’s orbit, into prison. After two years of procrastination and various postponements which delayed the pronouncement of the sentence in Flynn’s case, the appointment of Barr as Attorney General significantly changed the situation. The major reason for this change is that Barr behaves like a Pinocchio lackey.

What follows was unavoidable. On May 7, the Attorney General drops the charges against Flynn, leaving the sole judge in charge of the case to pursue the action alone. The Americans pretend to cherish and respect  respect « The Rule of Law », a Rule of which the Attorney General should be the secular arm. By acting the way he does Barr does not enforce the Rule of Law, he acts as Fakident’s lawyer. He turned into the infamous Roy Cohn. In other words the Justice Department is now led by a dangerous gangster: Roy Barr or Bill Cohn, pick your choice.

Tragically the trio, traitor Flynn protected by the corrupt couple Barr-Trump, has now killed the American dream. America does not hold anymore the Torch of Liberty. My dream is now perfectly dead.

Le 7 mai 2020 l’administration de Pinocchio nous offre un spectacle lamentable en pleine crise sanitaire. Pinocchio et son criminel complice, le ministre de la justice Barr, montrent à nouveau leur répulsion pour l’éthique et promeuvent le déni de réalité. Voila de quoi il s’agit.

A partir de son élection, celui à l’époque pouvait, pour peu de temps encore, être nommé Donald Trump choisissait son équipe et préparait la transition. Trump est élu par le collège électoral grâce à une distorsion de la règle centrale de la démocratie : « Un homme / Une voix ». Trump avait obtenu 63 millions de suffrages, Clinton 66 millions. Dans un pays normal, elle était élue. Or la campagne présidentielle 2016 a été fortement perturbée par des interférences russes. Trump depuis le début a nié l’existence de telles interférences bien que celles-ci sont avérées. Pinocchio n’aura de cesse que de nier, contre toutes les évidences, ces interférences qui, de son point de vue, délégitiment son élection.

Afin de préparer la transition, il a choisi comme conseiller un militaire peu conventionnel dont la carrière n’aura pas laissé une trace irréprochable, Obama lui-même l’avait placé sur une voie de garage. C’est probablement pour cela qu’il a été choisi. Le général Flynn depuis sa mise au placard grenouillait avec les russes et les turcs en leur offrant des entrées et des informations sur la politique US. Pour rester dans la légalité, il se devait de déclarer ses activités tant aux services de sécurité et renseignements qu’à administration des impôts, ce qu’il a évidemment omis de faire.

Lors de la période de transition qui va de fin novembre 2016 à début janvier 2017, l’administration Obama sanctionne la Russie pour ses interférences lors de l’élection. Simultanément Obama transmet à l’équipe Trump les informations sensibles utiles pour la suite et en particulier tout ce qui concerne les activités russes sur le territoire US ainsi que l’ensemble des dossiers qui permettront de combattre une éventuelle pandémie.

Pendant ce temps, Flynn joue de sa double casquette d’agent russo-truc et de conseiller du président. Dès la passation de pouvoir, le directeur du FBI lance une vaste enquête pour mettre à jour les réseaux russes. Cette enquête met immédiatement en lumière les activités néfastes de Flynn qui, 24 jours après l’inauguration, se voit obligé de démissionner de son poste de conseiller. L’enquête sur les activités de Flynn le conduisent à une négociation avec les procureurs qui, contre un plaider coupable sur deux points mineurs du dossier, lui garantit ainsi qu’à son fils une immunité. Pour cette immunité il signe deux aveux, en anglais « Guilty Plea ». Afin que les procureurs acceptent ces aveux et l’immunité, Flynn doit collaborer. Cette collaboration avec l’accusation conduira Paul Manafort et Roger Stone, deux autres gangsters politique de l’orbite trumpienne, en prison. Après deux années de tergiversations et reports divers qui retardent le prononcé de la sentence, la nomination de Barr au ministère de la justice change significativement la donne. Barr se comporte en lèche-botte, en laquais de Pinocchio.

Ce qui devait arriver arriva. Avec Barr, le ministère de l’injustice abandonne les charges contre Flynn laissant le seul juge en charge du dossier de poursuivre l’action engagée. Les américains se faisaient un devoir de respecter la loi « The Rule of Law », loi dont le ministère de la justice était le bras séculier. Avec Barr, le contraire est advenu, la justice est bafouée.

Tragiquement, le traître Flynn protégé par le couple corrompu Barr-Trump auront eu raison du rêve américain. Celui-ci est désormais parfaitement mort.
