Le 26 avril 2025, Susan rentrait en Floride. Pour la déposer, j’ai garé mon auto au parking 4B à Orly à 12:55. Susan a pu s’enregistrer, je suis retourné à mon auto et payé le parking 5,50€ à 13:2?:30. Clairement, l’imprimante mériterait une maintenance, mais ce n’est pas l’objet de mon courroux.
Jusque-là, tout allait bien.

Alors que la barrière de sortie du sas reste fermée, celle de l’entrée s’ouvre puis se ferme derrière l’auto. Pour ouvrir la barrière de sortie, il suffit de présenter le ticket qui contient toutes les informations utiles, à savoir, heure d’entrée, heure de sortie, montant payé. Comme le ticket, sur son verso, possède une piste magnétique, il est raisonnable de penser que ces informations sont disponibles lors de la présentation du ticket à la borne de sortie et que donc celle-ci devrait se dérouler sans incident.

Une fois dans le sas, je présente mon ticket. Celui-ci est refusé pour une raison inconnue et je dois appeler via l’interphone l’agent de service qui me demande de fournir l’immatriculation de mon auto, immatriculation, mais pas l’heure d’entrée. Je la lui fournis, mais elle ne la retrouve pas dans sa base de données.
Donc, si je comprends bien, lors de l’entrée, une caméra aura numérisé mon immatriculation et le logiciel de reconnaissance de caractère qui devait convertir l’image en texte aura échoué.
Pourquoi ajouter une couche de contrôle peu fiable pour éliminer une potentielle fraude minimaliste.
La paranoïa du cahier des charges de l’application parking montre, à la fois, l’incapacité du donneur d’ordres à mesurer le rapport coût/bénéfice et la faillite du gestionnaire des tests avant la généralisation de l’application.

Si l’ensemble des échanges est resté courtois bien que les oreilles commençaient à chauffer, il aura fallu qu’un agent qui passait par là viennent confirmer ma bonne foi pour qu’enfin, après 10 minutes d’inutiles échanges, la barrière soit enfin ouverte.

A mon avis il était jaloux de ta deuche…Bises à Susan!
Christian, je ne sais pas si l’agent, une meuf, était jalouse, mais vouloir associer le ticket de parking avec l’immatriculation, cela ressemble à un exploit de notaire ou à un arrêt de la Cour de Cassation.
